About Me

Holistic Practices

I strive to deliver comprehensive, sustainable wellness solutions that can be effortlessly integrated into daily routines. Through a healing and collaborative partnership, I offer access to a myriad of tried and tested holistic practices.

My Journey

Life’s unexpected challenges struck me hardest in January 2021 with the sudden and tragic loss of my husband, Mike.  Despite being super fit and healthy, he experienced  a cardiac arrest whilst on a routine jog . Unfortutnately he was dealing with chronic stress.  He survived but with severe hypoxic brain injury, leaving him in a minimally conscious state. For six months , we held on to hope and miracles and prayed for his recovery, consulting specialists worldwide and trying multiple rehabilitation methods, but COVID restrictions made it impossible to be with him and implement many of the strategies we had planned. Eventually, due to hospital neglect, we lost him without a chance to say goodbye.

My Mission

Out of this tragedy, I embarked on a transformative journey of self-healing, leading to the creation of Soul Oasis. My mission is to honor Mike’s legacy by helping others manage stress by promoting holistic wellness. Inspired by his passion for scientific research and desire to help others, I aim to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges through integrative health practices. Studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I have established my own wellness practice to empower others in their health and wellness journeys.

Prevention

At Soul Oasis, my holistic integrative approach empowers individuals to identify the root causes of their ailments, delving into lifestyle conditioning to facilitate a transformative journey towards lasting well-being.

I aspire to be a beacon of support for those seeking a comprehensive approach to health, one that goes beyond the conventional model and encompasses the entirety of an individual’s well being.
